Auto update failing for dialog

I've tried to update the dialog package, but it failed.

Well sorry, so Tomjo2000 added the original auto update function here, 392ffae but unfortunately it did not work, so I changed it to this way, ba674f8 but since the one I made uses the upstream website URL, if the upstream website fails to respond this can keep happening.

I think that if we can't make a working auto update function for this package, the auto update should be disabled on it.

What we could do is on error print a message and return early.
Similar to e.g. the neovim-nightly auto-update function.
