Build against the tesseract id-migration branch in CI

The :*-master image provides string-based tesseract, which lacks
tesseract::common::LinkId, so the id-branch fails to compile. Overlay
tesseract feature/integer-link-ids from source so CI builds against the
migrated API (and picks up the PR's ongoing fixes).
