Failed to install through the Eclipse Marketplace

Trying to install the TestNG plugin through the Eclipse Marketplace failed with the error:

Unable to read repository at https://testng.org/testng-eclipse-update-site.
Unable to read repository at https://testng.org/testng-eclipse-update-site/6.9.13.
No repository found at https://testng.org/testng-eclipse-update-site/updatesites/6.9.13.201609291640.

I tried with the update site https://testng.org/testng-eclipse-update-site, same error

Eclipse version 2026-03
