Stack overflow when trying to run Configure & Restart tgstation-server

Describe the bug
getting an error log output when attempt to reconfigure tgs

windows close shortly after this
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install tgstation-server
2. Complete the Configuration process
3. nothing show up in 127.0.0.1:5000
4. try to run Configure & Restart tgstation-server and keep getting the same output from log
5. nothing change after using the repair funtion or reinstall tgs

Expected behavior
Suppose to run the Configuration process

i attempted to change this setting file manuely ealier,but the result are the same.no matter using mariaDB or SQLite

@Sonic121x prior to the stack overflow, is any other output printed to the console? i.e. anything like this?

@Sonic121x sorry for letting this slip by the wayside I forgot about it over the holidays. Is it still occurring for you?

In the appsettings you provided I noticed you have an empty Swarm: section. Can you try removing that?
