Hi @weiju455,

I'm not from the developer team but, in case you're still stuck, I got it to work by running options(timeout=400), which gives the install_github function more time to download the GitHub repo before it is killed. Basically, type the following in R:

options(timeout=400)
devtools::install_github(repo = "theMILOlab/SPATA2")

It will stay in the "Downloading GitHub repo theMILOLab/SPATA2@dev" step for a while, but don't worry and give it a few minutes.
