[Beta Feedback] Capture and triage feedback from internal beta testing

Overview

Ongoing tracking issue to capture, organize, and triage feedback from the internal
beta testing of the Boston OpenContext instance. Findings from this issue will
feed directly into the next round of repo updates.

Process

1. Team members log feedback as comments on this issue
2. Issue stays open until the beta cycle formally closes

Feedback Categories

• 🐛 Bug — something broken or behaving unexpectedly
• ⚡ Performance — slow responses, timeouts, Lambda cold start issues
• 🎨 UX — friction in the Claude Desktop setup or query experience
• 📝 Docs — missing or unclear documentation
• 💡 Enhancement — ideas for new tools or plugin improvements

Current Beta Scope

• Boston CKAN instance (data.boston.gov)
• Any LLM-based client access (i.e. Claude Web, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Gemini CLI, etc.)
• All three plugins: CKAN, Socrata, ArcGIS

Notes

• This is a living issue — do not close until beta cycle ends
• Any p0 bugs found should get their own issue filed immediately
