disable some mysql checks using puppet dashboard

Hi , I'm testing this module with my fresh puppet install. I'm using puppet dash boards to manage nodes. I want to add a new node with some mysql_health checks disabled and failing to get it working.

Also unable to do this using .pp file or .yaml file. Can you please provide some examples or help how to use it? Thanks

I manged to get this working with .yaml file but unable to get it working with dashboard.
