If GETting URL passed via https://github.com/thibauts/node-upnp-mediarenderer-client/blob/master/index.js#L158 results in redirect (HTTP 301/302) dumb device (such as mine ez-cast) refuses to play it.
Wonder if you could add redirect resolution here? E.g. https://gist.github.com/simonw/399280 or something more suitable.
