Hardware aware model selection

For Apple Silicon Macs, use a simple heuristic based on system TFLOPs and available memory to select from a curated list of Modelfiles. Each Modelfile combines a model with pre optimized system prompts and DSRs in the Tilekit SDK. This should follow our model selection philosophy and automatically choose the best option as the default on first run. The user is shown a confirmation for the recommended model, with the ability to select an alternate model if they prefer, while keeping a sane default path.
