Create an empty ds-subordinate rest plug-in that works with the pw-level rest system.

ba54605 added an emtpy rest plugin for future development. Rest system development requires close coordination with the pw-rest plugin. The plugins interact in a specific way, unlike most other plugins. The pw-rest plugin carries a variable through the entire event (all rest scripts from all rest-related plugins) to determine whether a pc is allowed to rest or now. Any script in the series can mark the variable false, but SHOULD NOT set the event state as abort or denied.

• Resting on with 90% or better on hunger and thirst bars

• Wizards need to read their spell book before resting in order to get their spells back (spell book is needed and must be clicked on and read).

• Priests need to pray/meditate before resting to get their spells back.

• Psionics need to meditate before resting to get all their PSP points back

• Can only rest once per outdoor area

• Can only rest every so many minutes

What in-game action is required to satisfy "pray/meditation" or reading spell books? Does it need to take a specified amount of time? Or just use/activate a specific item?

Also, why the limitation for one rest per outdoor area? Might they need to have an additional rest, especially if they spend a long time in one area (say, one of the really large travel areas)?
