Ticket expiry or time limited and single use transfers

Hi, Big fan of altsendme's privacy first approach, I wanted to suggest a feature.

Expirable tickets, the ability to set an expiry condition when you create a share ticket

1. Time based: this ticket expires in X minutes/hours
2. Download count limit: only allow N downloads before auto revoking
3. Both combined expires in 30 min OR after 1 download, whichever comes first

This is different from the password idea.
Password protects access. Expiry limits are complementary a ticket could have both.

Would love to hear if this is feasible with Iroh's current ticket system or if it would need a wrapper layer. Thanks for the amazing work! 🙌
