Acceptance contract

• Bind the exact accepted predecessor output and identity.
• Deliver all current-head gaps through independently actionable child issues created only when this gate is User-authorized.
• Pass current-head automated checks on every declared supported platform.
• Pass the primary-platform Desktop product run in en-US and zh-CN.
• Record applicable failure, recovery, fail-closed, security, platform, limitation, and reviewed-commit evidence.
• Receive explicit User Workflow Continuation Approval.
• Remain open until User approval; this Gate Parent is not an /implement target.
