Missing dependency based information in repository's readme

I tried to run the code of the app_chooser package and there were a lot of dependencies that were not mentioned in the README which I came across during building. Examples:

• speech_recongition_msgs
• app_manager package

It is possible that these are some obvious dependencies that I am not aware about as a newcomer but I feel that such additional information can make it easier for newcomers to run the code and see the results.

I am currently writing a GSoC proposal for the robot-web-tools project under JSK Laboratory. Please let me know if I can work on improving the documentation or any code of the packages.

It seems all necessary dependencies are enough defined in the package.xml.
Please check again.
