Compatibility with Dependabot

Hi there. This discussion thread aims to monitor compatibility of pyproject-fmt formatting with Dependabot, which is also used to bump project requirements/dependencies by GitHub.

We think we observed occasional issues in the past after pyproject-fmt updated its formatting, but never reported this anywhere. Now, on the most recent occasion, we created a report.

Sounds to me like a bug in dependabot where it cannot parse valid TOML 🤔
