There's a version mismatch — the skill (v0.8.0) expects flags like --passes blast_radius,taint,privilege_boundary,complexity, but the installed trailmark is v0.2.2, which only supports --language, --summary, and --complexity on the analyze
subcommand.

Correct: The skills are developed separately from the Python package (this repository).

While we might decide on a policy to sync them when v1.x is tagged in both places, we're not there yet. While they have a major version of 0, we're planning to make breaking changes or add features independently. Once we're happy with both the skill and the tool, it will be more beneficial to stabilize version numbers.
