Right now we pin to the best day/week pre 2020, but the best day of the T may have been more recent
We should do a lookback starting at 1 year ago, and store the best day of each line for a series of metrics (ridership, trip speed, headways, etc.)
We can then store this data in dynamo or s3. I'm thinking s3 because it would allow it to be built statically into the Data Dashboard build
