feat(noise-ops-demo): 扩展维数D范围至8192并更新默认参数
- 滑块范围从1~4096扩展到1~8192,滑块最大值从12调整到13 - 输入框上限保持8192不变 - 更新默认参数:D从16改为8192,H从64改为128 - 同步修正滑块数值计算中的边界判断 - 更新README文档描述以匹配新范围
