The official version 1.0.0 has been released; is there a support plan in place?

We'll follow up. Changes to Protocol 1.0 may cause breaking issues, and we'll lock down a plan soon.

Update on this: we've published an alpha that brings the library up to A2A spec v1.0 — v2.0.0-alpha.1.

Highlights:

• JSON-RPC wire upgraded to the v1.0 PascalCase methods; module path moved to /v2 (trpc.group/trpc-go/trpc-a2a-go/v2).
• New v1.0 operations: ListTasks, push-notification config listing/deletion, authenticated extended agent cards, tenant-native multi-agent hosting, OpenTelemetry metrics, etc.
• Existing v0.2.x clients keep working via an in-tree compatibility layer (compat/v0), so you're not forced to migrate right away.

Migration guide: Migrating from v0.x.

On the plan:

• v0.x stays maintained on the main branch (bug fixes + compatible improvements) until v1.x is broadly adopted.
• v1.0 / /v2 development lives on the v2 branch.
• This alpha is for early adopters and feedback. We'll stabilize the API over the next iterations and cut a stable release once it settles.

Please give it a try and file any issues you run into — feedback now directly shapes the stable release.
