Add instructions to change default CLI editor: #65

Fresh installs us vi as the default CLI editor (what opens when I attempt to write a git commit message). It would be nice to have an instruction in the handbook to show where to adjust this, as I don't believe that is present in the GUI yet, and I never remember the file to edit.
