TryPost already has strong publishing, AI, automation, workspaces, and approval flows, but it does not currently expose a true engagement layer that unifies inbound communication across every connected channel. This feature request proposes a Unified Engagement Hub that collects all comments, replies, DMs, mentions, reviews, and emails into a single queue, while keeping every item siloed by brand/workspace so agencies and multi-brand teams never mix client conversations.
⚠️ The term Unified Engagement Hub is intentional. "Inbox" sounds email-only, but the goal here is broader: a single operational surface for every inbound interaction from all connected social media platforms plus email accounts — all siloed cleanly per brand.
Problem
Social teams and agencies currently have to open separate browser tabs for every platform (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord) plus a separate email client just to manage inbound engagement. This creates massive context-switching overhead, missed messages, slow response times, and no unified view of what each brand is receiving.
Proposed Feature
Add a new left-sidebar section called Engagement or Unified Engagement Hub.
For each workspace / brand silo:
Ingest all incoming comments, replies, DMs, mentions, reviews, and emails
Keep each brand fully siloed — nothing bleeds across clients or brands
Single queue with filters for: platform, conversation type, sentiment, assignee, priority, status, unread
Assignment to team members
Internal notes
Saved replies
Tags and labels
Audit history and response log
Reply directly from the hub where platform APIs permit
Switch between brand view, account view, and assigned to me

Competitive context: Hootsuite Smart Inbox, Sprout Social Smart Inbox, and Agorapulse Inbox all offer this as a core feature. It is one of the clearest gaps between TryPost and established competitors.
