Prokka version not in .LOG file

Log starts like this:

[08:40:34] Looking for 'aragorn' - found /s/misc/aragorn
[08:40:34] Determined aragorn version is 1.2
[08:40:34] Looking for 'barrnap' - found /s/barrnap/bin/barrnap

The other messages are going to STDERR and not LOG.

yes, this is good (already had this in my pull request #18 ;-)).

I've modified msg() to buffer up messages until the LOG file is open whereby they will be flushed.
