Libraries used in the Loopy-Generator Java implementation:

• Apache Commons-IO version 2.4 (Apache License Version 2.0)
• Apache Commons-Lang3 version 3.1 (Apache License Version 2.0)
• Hamcrest Core version 1.3 (BSD License)
• JFlex Scanner Generator version 1.4.3 (GPL?) [version 1.5 has BSD-style license, maybe update version]
• CUP parser generator version 11a (seams to be BSD-like)
• Katja version 2.2 (GPL 3)

Please also add the license of the included Xilinx code parts (alternative: remove code and create script that copies code there from a Xilinx installation).

I added some license Information of he included Xilinx code into the Wiki page.
I also wrote a script that copies the files from the Installation directory to the Repository (3ec28cc).

There is also the Problem that the files from the Repo and the ones from the Installation do no match.
I will test if this causes failures on the Design.
It could also be possible that these changes affect the bugs from Issue #7.
