Use the wiki features provided here on Github to create a strong easy to understand documentation that would allow for fast and painless entry into the loopy workflow.

Should be started once we have decided if we are keeping ISE support or switching to Vivado and going for the Zync SoC support.

For the next milestone, we stick to the ISE workflow. We need at least:

• spec of the complete build environment, including all dependencies, packages, compilers, synthesis tools, etc... and their specific versions
• hints how to get started, which tutorials are available, and where they can be found
• introduction and motivation with
  • who can use Loopy
  • what problem Loopy solves
  • example applications
