Dockerize & continuous integration

First pass to get things going in a systematic way would be to Dockerize this into a working shippable installation

I see there is some test suites that we can execute although I'm not sure about coverage. I can set up CI testing on that before making any modification to the codebase

Maybe I should just learn Docker - can't be that difficult.
