Failed to load artwork image due to certificate error

Description

Not all artwork images can be loaded due to self-signed certificates. For example many local Plex servers are not setup with valid certificates.

How to Reproduce

1. Use Plex with internal address
2. Start video
3. See log error

Expected behavior

Option to disable certificate validation for image artwork

Firmware 2.8.1 disabled the certificate check for artwork image downloads if an URL is specified as artwork location.
