[Feature] add custom tag or name to model training

when we train multiple models then its very difficult to manage them , there are no tag or name option , unsloth studio use just model name by default for everything . even if you export two checkpoints then it will overwrite on disk too in export dir .unsloth/studio/exports

so i request pls add tag or projeect name when training start so that this name is appended to the entire training output folders and from history tab user can also trace back his project
