This repo is currently in beta and not yet ready for community code contributions.
While the USWDS core team works through decisions about architecture and style, we'd prefer you do not submit pull requests unless you're in active partnership with us (and you'd know). Instead, please contribute by sharing your bug reports, ideas, concerns, questions, and experiences with the USWDS core team and community as we describe below.
If you discovered a bug that no one else has reported in our issues backlog, let us know by submitting an issue. Please keep in mind USWDS staffing is limited; we probably won't be able to respond immediately.
To share ideas, questions, or concerns with the USWDS core team and community, you can join any of our open discussions or start a new one.
In this repo, we're not accepting code contributions from the broader community yet (other than the aforementioned limited partnerships). Check back later in 2026 for more info on how to contribute pull requests to USWDS Elements.
