USWDS-Site - Bug: "Latest update" tables need associated captions on all component pages #2755

Describe the bug

When reviewing the tables on the USWDS site using ANDI, an issue was flagged with the "latest update" data tables missing an accessible name

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to any of the component pages; for example https://designsystem.digital.gov/components/accordion/
2. Run ANDI
3. Go to "tables" in the dropdown in ANDI
   
4. Go to the last table on the page to see the "latest update" table details.
5. Note that an alert appears for "Data Table with No Name" (and is not preceded by a header)
   

Expected Behavior

The table should have an associated caption or header above to associate the topic of the table with the table data.

I recommend we associate "Latest updates" H2 with the table. For example:

(For comparison, note that the "Overview of recent accessibility test results" table has an associated caption. That table is coded so as to not flag in ANDI.)
