ContainerUtils repositories for EL8 and EL9 not updating

The ContainerUtils repositories for EL8 and EL9 have not been updated since November.
This is inconvenient as even though mgradm and mgrctl packages are available from the client tools repos, certain packages as
mgrpxy and uyuni-storage-setup* are not.

I saw this reported on gitter. I'll look into this. Some repos from the path have been deleted and I need to see how to fix that.
