This draft preserves the chatbot knowledge graph implementation from PR #5182 at commit 9b5fc7af2 while W1 removes it from the core KB pull request.

It contains the graph lifecycle and resource selection, FalkorDB reader, lecturer preview, chat workspace, model selection, Hatchet graph build path, and the existing browser screenshots.
