Muliplexed Scanned Temporal Focusing (MuST) and Hybrid Multiplexed Sculpted Light (HyMS) Microscopy

This repository contains mechanical designs, parts lists, processing code, manuals, photos and other resources that enable users skilled in optical and mechanical lab techniques to build the MuST / HyMS microscope as published in the following peer-reviewed article:
