Ventoy linux distro(s) with persistence - any way to keep the changes for the final installation?

Hello,

after playing araound with different linux distros (all installed with persistence) I finally decided for one and want to install that permanently to my hard drive.

Is there any way to keep or transfer all the changes I made to that distro and what are stored in the persistence file in/to my final installation?

or do I have to repeat all the tweaks and software installations once again?
