Github repo? Why Next 15? I am considering starting to shut these kind of posts down, as I don't know what kind of funnel people are sent to, and it is not clear in what way anyone is supposed to give feedback on anything other than the frontend and perceived backend details, without a Github repository.

Hi @icyJoseph, thanks for the feedback and for keeping the community high-quality. I totally understand your concern about "marketing-only" posts.
Regarding the Repo: This is a production SaaS project, so I haven't open-sourced the entire codebase yet. However, I’m more than happy to share specific implementation patterns or snippets if anyone is interested in how we handled certain parts.
Why Next 15? We moved to Next 15 specifically for Partial Prerendering (PPR). In a contract analysis tool, the "Scan Result" page has a high mix of static shell (navigation, sidebars) and extremely dynamic data (AI analysis streaming). PPR allowed us to deliver an instant initial load while the AI continues to stream results via Server Actions. Also, the performance gains from Turbopack and Tailwind CSS v4 during development for a complex dashboard were significant.
Feedback: I was primarily looking for feedback on the Anonymous Upload architecture (using temporary tokens in Middleware to protect the analysis route) and the UI/UX of handling long-form legal documents in a web view.
I'm here to discuss the technical trade-offs of using these bleeding-edge features. If this still feels too much like a "funnel," I’m happy to add more technical "how-to" details to the post to make it more valuable for other devs.
