[Bug]: only my voicebank works

Description of the Issue

When I use an Ustx and my voicebank it works,but when I create from scratch and my voicebank or other is doesn't Sound even I change the phonemizer,I have all dependencies what can I do?

Steps to Reproduce

First Select from scratch
Then an external voicebank
Then It just doesn't sound even with phonemizer
