Sometimes, users may want to share tab states to others, e.g.: providing an install page for certian OS users.
Suggested solution
Implementing it with query, but appending the query shall not be a default behavior.
Users shall manually append queries to generate such a links, or we can allow a small share button at the top right conner of tabs to do so.
