Validation issues

Two outstanding issues:

1. Update from James: Issue 432: Menu Button examples using role=none on <li> elements flagged by the Nu Validator
2. Issue 447: Add note addressing validation errors resulting from aria-expanded on menuitem elements to Menu and Menubar patterns and examples. We added the notes, but the ARIA 1.2 editor's draft has since been drafted.

What do we do with the notes on pattern and examples that have aria-expanded on menuitem elements? Options:

1. Delete
2. Revise wording

Other incomplete work and unresolved bugs

1. Evan: Issue 523: Modal Dialog Example: Dialogs underneath other dialogs are not grayed out
2. Issue 217: Finish drafting section "Discernable and Predictable Keyboard Focus
