Problem to solve
Hello, I just installed for the first time and went to configure my first connection. My plan was to connect my local dev db. I was prompted for the connection string, as expected in any db software. Since, from the little I've seen, Conar's selling point is AI, I attempted to enter a natural language description ("localhost") of my db instead of the connection string.
It didn't work and returned "We couldn't connect to the database. TypeError: Invalid URL". This is quite understandable. However, I think this would be a great opportunity to "delight" a potential onboard as soon as possible so figured I'd share just in case you don't already have it planned.
Proposed solution
Using mysql as an example, it'd be cool if it detected "localhost" and asked if it should try the default port and, because of localhost, asked if it should try root/root or root/no password. Or just tried those automatically if that makes sense.
Hopefully this is helpful feedback - this is definitely something I wouldnt expect now, if ever, but may be something to help with conversions once you go from beta to paid 1.0 product. Feel free to delete this if it's not useful or you want to keep the issues list clean, I won't be offended 😄
