Feature: QEAA issuance to EUDIW

The QTSP issues QEAA to the EUDIW. The QTSP does not necessarily rely on the EUDIW for identification of the user.

Issuance of non-qualified EAA is out of scope for the QTSP group. However, just like non-qualified EAA, the QEAA is expected to meet the interoperability requirements agreed in WP4.

Scenario: Issuer-intiated

The QTSP provides the wallet user with a link using which the EUDIW may obtain a QEAA.

Scenario: Wallet-initiated

The EUDIW requests a known QTSP to issue a particular QEAA.

Scenario: Source-initiated

The authority responsible for an authentic source asks a QTSP to initiate QEAA issuance to an EUDIW.
