Request: add package managers for Windows support

Add this package to Chocolatey and/or Scoop.
This will simplify the installation and update process.

This is currently in review with the Chocolatey team. I looked into Scoop as well but it seems Scoops is not a viable option for my installer type, but I can definitely support Chocolatey.

I don't think installer could be a blocker. But yeah, Scoop is for portable versions mainly.

You know best about priorities of this project. Chocolatey should be enough.

@zaneschepke what is the main blocker to get it into scoop? I primarily use scoop myself due to limiting factors of winget and chocolatey. I'm more than happy to spend some time looking into the scoop issue
