403 Forbidden on v2/vehicle/guid after re-auth (integration v2.6.12)

Integration version: 2.6.12
Vehicle: 2025 4Runner Hybrid 4WD TRD Off-Road Premium
What happened: integration was working, stopped with no config changes on my end
First error: 403 on onecdn.telematicsct.com/oneapi/... during auth/setup retry
I removed and re-added the config entry, fresh login succeeded
Now getting a different 403, on the vehicle-list call specifically — paste the full traceback you got (the client.py line 47 → patch_client.py line 248 → ClientResponseError: 403 ... url='https://onecdn.telematicsct.com/oneapi/v2/vehicle/guid' one)
Note that the official Toyota mobile app logs in and works fine with the same account, so it's not an account-wide Toyota block
Occurrence count/timing from the log ("First occurred July 31 2026 8:53:17 PM, 89 occurrences, last logged 10:03:12 AM")
