"Windows VM named 'RDPWindows' does not exist", but launching apps works just fine from terminal

For some reason, launching any app from KDE Plasma errors with "Windows VM named 'RDPWindows' does not exist", but launching the exact same command the .desktop file uses works just fine. The other discussion I found about this problem mentions AppArmor, but I don't have AppArmor.

I'm using CachyOS with KDE Plasma 6.7.3.

Did you properly set the QEMU system context in your system profile according to the docs?

What if you change the .desktop file Exec to env LIBVIRT_DEFAULT_URI="qemu:///system" ~a7mz1/.local/bin/winapps word-o365 %F?
