5113 Progress update

We have been making slow progress working with SystemCore, though overall progress has been limited. It being fast has been awesome for example the almost immediate deploy and not having to worry about loop over runs which has been an issue for us. We have also successfully got custom IPKs working, and CANivore appears to be functioning reliably.

A big challenge has been the lack of updated Python library support, which restricts our ability to use features on the robot like vision and pathing for example.

We were not able to run it at our pre season event so sadly no info from that.
