Add method to manually specify vscode urls

In case vscode changes urls, we want a way to have the installer look for new download urls. In case someone doesn’t have the specific format the installer expects.

We no longer require a specific format. We use the vscode zip as downloaded. #342

So someone just needs to find the new link and download manually.
