Are the installation instructions roughly the same as for jquery.turbolinks? Where do I place the include for this in the asset manifest?
Also, it would be helpful if you could create a tag/release in case there are some improvements made in the future. I see that you made it the 1.0 release in bower.json, but it would also be helpful to see it tagged in this repo for those of us who are grabbing the code from there.
