Weird blur artifacting in tandem with Geometry Change desktop effect

When using the Geometry Change desktop effect and moving a window from left to right or between monitors, there is some artifacting.

For further information, I am using the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT.

I am not familiar with the inner workings of everything, but this sounds sensible. I did verify that this does not happen with the default blur effect. It's exclusive to better-blur-dx.

I looked into the code over the last few days, and I realised that the dev has locked the blur cache refresh rate to approx 30 fps (based on their own comments), hence the jitter. I was able to add an interval setting of my own to fix it and it has been working well since then. Now it's just up to the dev to properly resolve the jitter problem.

Could you make a pull request? I do also wish we could just disable blur caching as well. Not exactly sure how it's supposed to work, but it causes plenty of issues.

I don't really know if its supposed to work or still wip, but i tried most recent commit ffe7681
I saw no difference with ignore cache ,increasing or decreasing cache rate limit or with blur source mode changed to wallpaper.

This does only really happen with mere positional transform animations of the geometry change effect. When moving a window between snapped states or monitors.
