No blur for context menus

After updating to KDE Plasma 6.7, I updated the AUR package to the latest version 2.4.1.2. Everything is fine as in Plasma 6.6, except that there is no blur for context menus. After uninstalling and reinstalling/disabling and enabling/rebooting nothing changed.

Blur works for Kickoff and other surfaces, but not for context menus.

Dolphin context menu creates xdg_popup:

xdg_surface.get_popup(...)
xdg_popup.configure(...)
xdg_popup.popup_done()

Expected: xdg_popup context menus should be blurred.
Actual: context menus stay opaque/unblurred.

Some right click and dropdown menus don't blur for me either. Right click on Dolphin and Plasma works, but not in KDE system settings, for example.

• Application Style: Darkly (though it happens with other application styles as well, such as Breeze)
• I am using a colour scheme with transparency specified in the colour scheme file (similar to the Alpha scheme from kde-look). When I use an opaque colour scheme and let the application style handle transparency on its own, the unblurred menus are simply opaque.
