In XpertAI’s Agent Authorization page, assigning an agent to users currently requires adding users one by one via the “Add Users” dialog. This becomes very time-consuming and error-prone for organizations with large teams or frequent onboarding/offboarding.
We recommend adding a bulk import capability (e.g., a “Bulk Import” button) to allow admins to assign an agent to multiple users at once—such as uploading a CSV file or pasting a list of emails/usernames. This would significantly reduce administrative overhead and improve scalability for enterprise usage.
