Inconsistency when creating Calendars

You can create a calendar in 3 ways:

1. from the homepagehttp://<server>/xwiki/bin/view/MoccaCalendar/ > Create new calendar
2. from the generic "Create Page" process > select the Calendar template type
3. from a wiki page > Insert > Other Macros > search calendar > select Mocca Calendar

Expected behavior
Align the behavior between the 3 creation options.

Actual behavior

The UI for the options 1 and 2 is the same, while with option 3 we have an info box that is confusing the user:

This action will transform the current calendar macro in a dedicated Calendar page. This will allow further customizations of color schemes and you will find it in the Calendar overview. Note that any other content on this page will be added in the calendar description. The action is irreversible!
