Support for multiallelic detection?

Hi,

thanks for developing this cool tool!

I'm wondering, as stated in the title, does longcallD support multiallelic detection?
For example, if I wanted to call variants from a heterozygous strain (allele A and B) using a closely related (but different) homozygous strain (allele C). Would the tool be able to call the 2 alleles?

Yes, it can output A->B and A->C as two variants, but not A->B,C.
