Support Junit output file + regular output

It would be nice if we could have a way to say the junit output file to be used in our CI unit tracking (example docs for Gitlab) as well as a human readable format in the command output.

I believe this could only be done currently by calling the same kubeconform command twice, once with something like kubeconform -output junit FILE.yaml > junit.xml and another time with kubeconform -output pretty FILE.yaml

@devonwarren just wondering, is there maybe a tool that converts Junit files to readable format? 👀
